🤖 Trigger a bot flow when you add a new row to a google sheet

Exciting news! You can seamlessly trigger a bot flow in DoubleTick every time you add a new row to your Google Sheet without using any third party software such as Pabbly or Zapier. This enhancement empowers you to harness the power of real-time updates and helps you save additional costs.

You will get all the row values as variables which you can then map to any element in your bot flow. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

🤖 Send a catalogue in your automation workflow

This is exclusively for our customers who also have QuickSell and have integrated the same with DoubleTick. You can now send a catalogue either as a link or as photos of all the products within it over WhatsApp from your automation workflows

  1. If you select the link option a template will be sent with the link of the catalogue. Anyone who opens your catalogue will show up in your QuickSell dashboard
  2. If you select the photos option then
    1. if the chat window is closed, we will send a template with the cover image for the catalogue. If you haven’t set it, worry not, the first product whose image is available will be used as the cover image
    2. If the chat window is open, we will directly send first 50 photos. This shares all images in a product. If there are more than 50 photos then the customer has an option to request the next 50 photos

And the best part of sharing your catalogue? As soon as your customer sends back the image, it will be automatically added to their cart and an order will be created on their behalf!
