Elevate your customer engagement with our latest game-changing feature! Introducing support for business availability on DoubleTick. You can effortlessly customise your business hours, set special working days, and establish a holiday calendar for top-tier scheduling precision.

You can seamlessly integrate an automated away message outside business hours, ensuring your customers receive prompt responses even when your team is unavailable. You can even set a special aways message for holidays

And to top it off, our intelligent system refrains from responding to customers if your existing workflow is handling their message, ensuring uninterrupted customer interactions.

Once you enable the feature, DoubleTick will choose today’s business hours as follows:

  1. If there’s a holiday set for today then that will be given the highest priority and if a holiday away message is set, then that away message will be sent rather than the regular one
  2. If there’s a special working day set for today, then that will be given precedence over today’s working hours and your regular away message will be sent outside of the special day’s business hours
  3. If working hours have been specified for today, then the regular away message will be sent outside of these working hours
  4. If no hours have been set, then an away message will go whenever a new customer messages you
