We're excited to announce a highly requested enhancement: partial keyword matching for triggering workflows! Listening closely to user feedback, we've implemented a feature that enables more nuanced keyword recognition.
Now customer sentences containing your keywords will seamlessly trigger the designated workflows. For instance, if your keyword is "order" and you choose to match partially on it, and your customer sends "I have a query about my order," your workflow will promptly activate, ensuring a more intuitive and accurate response mechanism based on contextual understanding
